In October, CiviCamp will take place: a one-day Conference aimed at user organisations, followed by a CiviSprint.
In our last newsletter, we announced that, in connection with CiviCRM's 20th anniversary, there will be a conference and sprint in the autumn. Meanwhile, the website is live and you can register.
On the website you will find all kinds of information about the event. We kick off on Monday 20 October with a 1-day conference mainly intended for user organisations. Followed by a 4-day Sprint from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 October, where people will work together to make CiviCRM better and more beautiful, e.g. by programming, solving bugs or updating the documentation. Parallel to the Sprint, there is also a Developers Training and an Administration Training. Both last 2 days.
On Monday, we organise a varied programme, with interesting topics for every target group. We like it best when participants themselves talk about their experiences with CiviCRM: good or bad. This can be during a full 1-hour session or in a 5-minute talk during Birds of a Feather.
The rest of the week will focus on technology, software and documentation. During the Sprint, developers in particular will work on improving or deepening the software. But they will also work on documentation and translations.
This whole week we are guests in Lunteren at Hotel de Werelt. An inspiring location in the woods on the edge of the Veluwe.
